Cap: Man's velvet smoking cap with soutache and tassels; round hat divided in five equal portions with lengths of silk cord; cord bow with tassels, fringe, and pom-poms at center top; edged in matching cord; velvet trimmed with concentric diamonds of silk braid applied in meandering lines; interior lined in off-white China silk.
