Full Star, Meng Kang, nickname "Jade Flagpole"

Meng Kang is from Zhending Prefecture. He is a tall and thin man with a pale complexion. He is nicknamed "Jade Flagpole" for his appearance. Meng Kang is in charge of overseeing the construction of battleships for the Liangshan navy. During the campaign against the rebel leader Fang La, he is killed by the enemy’s cannon fire.
