Regalia of black crepe streamers edged with black and white silk ribbon attached to rosette of black and white silk ribbon. This shoulder regalia was worn by John Jones at funeral for President Abraham Lincoln in Chicago, May 1, 1865. He was also one of the prominent citizens of the Committee of One Hundred. The Committee preceded the funeral train by two hours to attend the services at Springfield, Illinois on May 3, 1865.
