This piece comes from the second period at the factory (1948-1954), when it began producing high-quality decorative pieces using forms and decorations taken from other eras. However, it was especially in the third phase (1954-1972) that the decorative techniques of oriental porcelain were incorporated.
This is an ovoid vase with a short straight cylindrical neck and cupuliform lid with a mushroom-shaped handle. There is an inner rim to ensure correct fit.
Made in yellow bisque, it has decorative floral, plant and bird motifs in brown and sepia. These motifs are repeated on the lid. The neck has dark brown, almost black, paint strokes.
Signatures / Markings: None.
