G.S.C. Riva - Superamerica 42 on the water

These were the first boats with a coloured gelcoat (the outer surface of the fibreglass). The colour echoes the one used in the 1970s for the interiors of the Aquarama. The colour of the boat, although apparently simple from an aesthetic point of view, involved highly complex technology that Riva mastered both for pastel and darker colours (black and blue).
