Gabbana is a typical coffee made in the South-Eastern communities of the Bishareen and Ababda tribes. Gabbana coffee is roasted and boiled from green beans, while adding many spices such as cloves, cardamon, ginger and black pepper. The name is owed to the container used to boil and serve the coffee.
