(B) Square box of yellow/orange cardboard; "BALLS" printed in black block letters vertically down front, left and right sides of box; "The Essence of Masculinity\4 Fluid Oz\Cologne" printed in black on front of box; "Distributed by\Bold Venture, Inc.\4500 Campus Drive Suite 348\Newport Beach, Ca 92660" printed on back of box in black; folded, flap opening at top; inside of box white; lining of white corrugated cardboard inserted inside box to protect bottle.
