The Game of The White Horse, also called The Inn, is original from Germany and was popular in many places of Europe throughout the 19th century. This example is incomplete, as eight dices, a cup, a wooden hammer and a small bag of tokens are missing, but still has the box, the five cards and the instructions to understand how to play. The illustration in the lid of the box shows an indoor scene in which an elderly man, a young gentleman and a lady are playing The White Horse sitting around a table covered with a green cloth.
