Game:Pass the Pigs

Successful party games come and go, but designer David Moffat's Pass the Pigs game has graced friendly gatherings since 1977. Published today by Winning Moves, Inc., Pass the Pigs works best with a group of players, with beverages and pretzels optional. Essentially, players toss two plastic pigs in place of two dice. The way the pigs land scores points for the player, but two possible throws, a "Pig Out," or an "Oinker," erase all points. Simple game and gambling variations make the pigs perennial party imperatives. "Pass the Pigs please!"
