Game:The Game of Jaws

This dexterity game was a promotionalal spin-off from the popular Steven Speilberg movie "Jaws," first released in 1975. Based on Peter Benchley's best-selling novel of the same name, the movie portrays a sleepy oceanside resort town thrown into chaos and despair by the menacing presence of a great white shark. The film was the first of the summer blockbuster movies and stood for a time as the most profitable movie made. The movie spawned several sequels that could not live up to the original. And is is likely that the movie, now an icon of American pop culture, comes briefly to mind each time a vacationer takes a dip in the ocean.
