Tushar Kamble is from Ahmedabad and graduated from MSU, Baroda. Since college days, he is interested in the latest styles and technology of paintings. Tushar can be seen atop the building. Tushar is using the dripping painting technique on large pubic structures, a novelty in public art (this technique is limited to canvass, due to the challenges it poses for larger paintings on concrete structures).
