The Garden City Corporation Offices wre built in 1912-13 to designs by architects B Parker and R Unwin. Designed in a neo-Georgian classical style, it is sited on Broadway, a tree-lined boulevard that formed the approach to the heart of Letchworth - the first Garden City.
