In a frame of carved golden wood in leaf. The support appears to be glued on a thick cardboard board: since the line in some cases exceeds the edges of the sheet by invading the edges of the rigid base, it can be assumed that the drawing was made on the sheet already applied on the support, the back of which has various traces of sealing wax. The work was left by Maria Luigia to her son Guglielmo Montenuovo. Since the drawing inspired the engraving by Toschi and Isac, completed in 1825, on this date we can identify a term "ante quem" for the realization of the drawing.
