Engraved portrait of William Henry Harrison with the Arms of the United States. Harrison served in the Indian Wars under General Anthony Wayne and in the War of 1812. He was elected President of the United States in 1840 and became the first president to die in office when he succumbed to pneumonia in April 1841, just a few weeks after his inauguration.
