Sword and its scabbard in iron, leather, and wood with jade, gold, and gemstones. Extremely fine damask blade in a Persian shape and encrusted in gold with insignia and bands of characters. Armless handle in jade, enhanced with Oriental rubies and light sapphires (mounted in gilded metal), with no commercial value. Wooden scabbard covered in red struck and gilded leather. The jade snap bears the same decoration. The harness on the scabbard model has two large jade buttons decorated with gemstones. Seven fullers separated by quadrilobe jewels on the spine of the blade. Moldings incised in place of the counter-blade.
