Generous Michelangelo

The episode, in monochrome, shows the moment in which Michelangelo, went away from Rome for the contrasts with Giulio II, was joined, to Poggibonsi, by two Papal legates that invited him to come back to the papal court. But Michelangelo, in the middle of the scene, indicates determined the opposite direction, the one that brings to Florence, by refusing to return to Rome.
