Notification of release: for Georg Marcuse (1901–1994), Große Hamburger Straße assembly point, printed form completed with typewriter, Berlin, 05.03.1943.

On 27 February 1943 the remaining Jews in Berlin doing forced labor were arrested at their workplaces and taken to assembly points for deportation. This last major raid is historically known as the “Factory Action.”
