Georgian Court Shoes

Pair of red kid leather court shoes with pointed toes and one inch Italian heel. The heel is also bound in red leather. The shoes are made straight and have brown leather soles. Each shoe is decorated with a pale blue silk ribbon, deliberately distressed and tied in a bow through holes in the top edges of the vamp. There is a short tongue of inserted red kid leather underneath. The shoe and tongue are edged in thick red silk. The shoes are hand-stitched.
