Ghanti ane thalo (Hand mill grinder & stand)

This ghanti is placed in a metal thalo. It was recorded in a rural dwelling in Porbandar. The legs of the thalo are embedded into the earthen floor surface. The ghanti ane thalo are accompanied by a sangamachi on which a woman sits while grinding grains.
