Ghidgum (Pot stand)

A ghidgum is made from wooden members using mortise and tenon joinery. This ghidgum was made to accommodate two small sized pots or vessels. At the time of documentation, one large vessel, in which curd was being set, was placed on it. In this residence, the pot stand was also called ghedi.
