In the region of the rivers Trombetas and Nhamundá appear numerous sites of a culture, although it maintained intense contact with Santarém, it developed own characteristics, evident in its exuberant pottery, with incised and dotted decoration in its rare artifacts with polychrome painting. This vase is an exceptional piece for its intense polychrome, uses geometric painted in red and black colors on white. Two lateral zoomorphic appendages, representing the vulture, function as gripping elements.
