Yang Qian, born in Chengdu of Sichuan Province in 1959, now lives and works in Beijing. By means of his specialized treatment, Yang Qian's dual painting style fabricates a completely new space. Under natural light and black light, his work appears as two different Images. Natural light exposes drops water, while black light exposes a diamond, which from comparisons between the "fleeting" and "eternal", and the "natural" and "manmade". This work is able to dispel painting's singular nature. When the viewers look at work holding a torch with purple light, they also naturally participate in the very artistic creation process of the work.
