The image chosen to represent God's care in (re)dressing Adam and Eve, taken from the sub-chorus of the church of San Francisco in Quito, Ecuador, is particularly significant and unique. Indeed, it depicts God the Father as a tailor, in the act of draping and trying on the clothes on the progenitors, covered by belts of fig leaves.
