The original set consists of a necklace, two pendants and a brooch, for a total of twelve table-cut and fourteen drop-shaped amethysts. Another pair of lobe earrings with clips was added to the set in an unspecified period. The red gold filigree alternates in the necklace and in the pendants small embossed leaves in which the table-cut stones and the "Sevigné" knots are set, while the brooch has a motif with embossed leaves and a filigree from which the three pendants fall.
