Three views of one jeweled flower compiled together into one photograph. The flower is of gold and diamonds with a huge sapphire center that can be detached and worn alone as a pin. The long gold stem descends down to a spill of emerald-studded gold leaves, and is "planted" in a single large black garnet stone (to resemble soil) in a pot of woven gold. Jean Schlumberger of Tiffany designed this flower for the collection of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mellon.
