Obverse features Australian Coat of Arms surrounded by a legend with text that reads "AUSTRALIAN AMATEUR SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP". Inscription on reverse reads "1st / 220 Y'ds. / 2.30 / F. BEAUREPAIRE / 1.2.22". Crown at top with loop attachment.
