Gold medal won by Frank Beaurepaire for first place in a 300 Yards swim on 28th January, 1907. Obverse features a mermaid with text in the legend that reads "VICTORIAN AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION". Reverse features V.A.S.A. monogram and inscription that reads "300 YARDS CHAMPIONSHIP / 28-1-07 / Won by / FRANK DE BEAUREPAIRE, Time 4m.7s.". Decorative loop attachment at top.
