Obverse features Australian Coat of Arms surrounded by a legend with text that reads "AUSTRALASIAN AMATEUR SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP". Inscription on reverse reads "A.S.U.A. / 100 YDS FREE STYLE / CHP. AUS / 2ND / F. BEAUREPAIRE / 1921". Crown at top with loop attachment.
