Grace outside The Flower Shop - once a favourite local florist, now a restaurant on Victoria Island, Lagos. A born-and-bred Londoner of Nigerian descent, Grace Ladoja's career is defined by the indelible frameworks she has created outside of the mainstream, with direct links to youth culture and community. Grace’s work as a brand consultant, artist manager (of Grime icon, Skepta), and founder of both creative agency Metallic Inc and Homecoming see her working with young people around the world, creating networks that ensure their creative growth at home and abroad.
