The Grand Lecture Hall is located in the central part of the museum, opposite the main entrance, and accommodates around 200 persons. It testifies to the great importance ascribed to public presentations and lectures right from the beginning of the planning phase. This photograph of the auditorium was taken within a few years of the new museum building’s opening.
