Grasshopper

In the beginning of the XXth century, sculptors in bronze created numerous statuettes of animals. In this item, Franz Bergmann, wanting to be as realistic as possible, has combined a beautifully coloured bronze for the body of the insect with celluloid for its wings in order to make them lighter.
