A bracket clock made from mahogany. The case has decorative brass inlays. It has a brass carrying handle, and a circular white face with Roman numerals, The face is inscribed with: "Greenwood, Rochester". The front and sides have gilt mesh panels, and the feet are ogee brackets.

This clock was once used in the Bank of England.
