Grey jug

Rafael Galindo (Vila-real, Castellón, Comunidad Valenciana, 1954) is a master craftsman who has been working in the field of artistic ceramics since 1982. In 2023 he was awarded the Gold Badge of the Spanish Association of Ceramic Technicians in recognition of his outstanding career in the sector. His work and his production explore the different techniques of firing, texturing and glazing, with the aim of taking the material to its maximum expression.

He has a degree in Chemical Sciences and was a teacher of ceramic technology at the IES El Caminàs in Castellón from 1985 to 2015. Throughout his career he has participated in solo and group exhibitions and has published numerous articles on ceramic techniques.
