On the left, vultures flock, two resting and the other flying close to one ox skull. In the center, lifeless man leaning against the knee of an old man who gives you water. The old faces, holding in his on the left hand the head of the sick man and the on the right a gourd resting on his shoulder. Near the central figures on the left woman sitting on his heels, hand in hand with the patient and immediately after, another old man who crouched, hugging the two figures in front. On the left, standing, two young men and on the right, two women also standing being that dressed in black is pregnant and crying with his face covered, and the other, which is in the back, has white rag on his head and arms raised with hands on his face. On the floor next to women, one sees large backpack. Background dotted yellow seeing in the center, the darker circle representing the sun.
