The aspiration deity Manjuvajra is orange with three heads and six arms. His two forward-most hands are shown displaying the vajrahumkara gesture, with the arms crossed at the wrists and the hands held as if holding a vajra and a bell. He holds in his other hands a sword, blue lily (utpala), bow, and arrow, attributes typically seen in depictions of Manjushri, the Bodhisattva of Wisdom. The pendant of three teeth on the necklace, a symbol of youth, also derives from this bodhisattva. Manjuvajra is one of the two main deities of the Guhyasamaja Tantra.
