The card features a black and white photograph of Hitler and Hermann Göring siting at an outdoor table and looking at books in Obersalzberg. Göring is wearing lederhosen in the photogprah. Generally referred to as “Raumbild,” the publishing company was founded by Otto Schönstein in the 1930s and became the de facto publisher for the propaganda arm of the Nazi party. Raumbild curated and published sets of photographs on behalf the Hitler and the Third Reich. Hitler’s personal photographer, Heinrich Hoffmann, even became a silent partner in Raumbild with a 50% stake and took the photographs the company published.
