H.E. Mr. Francisco Serrano Bedoya

Portrait of His Excellency Lieutenant General Francisco Serrano Bedoya, Director General of the Civil Guard on two occasions: from December 28, 1865 to July 11, 1866; and from October 25, 1867 to June 18, 1972. During his second directorship, he undertook the task of modernizing and restructuring the corps.
