Also known as true porcelain, its key ingredients are kaolin, or white china clay, and a feldspathic stone called petuntse or china stone (silicate of potassium and aluminum). It is fired at a very high temperature (1250-1400°C, or 2282-2552°F). This plate was manufactured by the Meissen porcelain factory in Germany (1710-present).
