Haggadah illustration: “Passage through the Red Sea”

Jakob Steinhardt personally signed the prints in Hebrew. This one shows a mass of people on the left. Moses as a bearded man in a cloak in the foreground. People are portrayed recoiling in horror, looking to their right. To the rear of the crowd is a laden camel.
