This lady’s beaded bag from the beginning of the twentieth century is representative of the beaded work that was done by Nez Perce ladies a century ago. A canvas panel with a green background has a popular floral design and a horse. The remainder of the bag is made with indigo velvet and is lined with cotton fabric. The handles are buckskin.
