The GP2X Wiz is an open-source, Linux-based handheld video game console manufactured by the South Korean company GamePark Holdings. It was released in 2009 and is a seventh-generation console which was designed to rival the Nintendo DS. It contains a central OLCD touch screen and two black directional pads. The Wiz can also double as a media device, as it supports mp3, Ogg Vorbis and WAV audio files, can play a small amount of videos, and supports jpeg, png, gif and bmp photos. It also contains a Flash Player to allow users to play Internet games.
