In "Handle," created in 2015, Sosnowska eliminates the utility of objects: this door handle is going to be deformed; it bends, it corrupts, and this allows her to question this useless object, which has received a new status. In these modifications, the artist pushes her viewers to a new understanding of the works, replacing the reality we know with another.

With this impossible figure, Monika Sosnowska suggests the possibility of a handle that fits the hand of the person who will use this object-sculpture. This personalized object modifies our perception and unfolds uncertainty about the space it opens. Through this chaos, a space for the metamorphosis of forms emerges, even those identifiable by everyone.
