Handle of Luther's coffin

In February 1546 Luther dies. He is buried in the Wittenberg Schlosskirche. In the course of the restoration of the church in 1892, a handle from Luther's coffin disappears. It finally ends up in the Luther House, where it can now be seen in the permanent exhibition.
