Hardheim: Schlossplatz 8

Exterior view from the west, today part of a school building complex. The building was erected in 1927 on the foundation walls of the 17th century predecessor building, which was destroyed in a fire in the 19th century. Above the portal it shows the coat of arms of Julius Echter von Mespelbrunn (1545-1617), which is also part of Hardheim's coat of arms. On the left in the picture is the Schüttungsbau from 1683 (Schlossplatz 5, former Zehntscheuer, today Erfatal Museum) with the coat of arms of Konrad Wilhelm von Wernau (1638-1684).
