Harvesting Kara-bamboo of the Suzu village

Kara-bamboo, also known as Madake, can be gathered in Suzu village. Normally, Kara-bamboo has a strong bitter taste and is not suitable for eating without removing the outer layers, the Kara-bamboo from Suzu village is only slightly bitter and soft, thus can be enjoyed easily.
