Tama-chan is the mascot of Hatsukaichi City, the birthplace of kendama. Her specialty, of course, is kendama! Tama-chan promotes Hatsukaichi City and kendama at events such as the Kendama World Cup Hatsukaichi and the Hatsukaichi Cherry Blossom Festival.
