Hazel and Francis Spear at the Spear's Games Archive in Ware, Hertfortshire County

Francis and Hazel Spear left the company, and Mattel soon ceased production in Enfield. Only Scrabble is left of the once enormous Spear's Games product range. To preserve this treasure, made up of games and toys from almost 100 years of company history, the first Spear's Games Archive is opened on their rural estate near Ware, County Hertfordshire.
