Composition in black and white. Contour lines, little shading. Boy head on white background. Boy 3/4 on the left, sharply oval head, indicated by kinky hair at the top and on the right near the ear and neck. It has a short, wrinkled forehead, on the right eye bulging and large on the left and semi-closed with the lid in a triangular shape. Nose indicated by crossed lines, thick mouth represented by scratches, overhanging upper jaw, chin and neck indicated by thin contour line. Suggested ajar sleeved. On the right hand holds something, perhaps food, in front of the mouth.
