The bust presents a healthy-looking man with his hair combed back, wearing a coat decorated with a thick collar.
The sculpture is a plaster cast, probably made using a mould imprint. It is covered with a patina in brown and orange colors. The bust was sort of a sketch for later creation of a bronze statue presenting Wojciech Bogusławski for a competition held in 1929. Jan Szczepkowski won the competition and the statue was revealed on 27th of September 1936 on Theater Square in Warsaw.
