In 1970, Borussia fan Hans Görtz was given a green jumper he had knitted himself. Hans, whom everyone in the Nordkurve calls "Hennes", quickly decides that from now on he will wear it whenever he visits the stadium - after all, green is just establishing itself as Borussia's third club colour alongside black and white.
When he wears the jumper for the first time, Borussia's first championship is fresh in his mind. And "Hennes" feels it in the years that follow: The jumper obviously brings luck. So he also travels to Liverpool, Madrid, Kiev, Rome... At some point you can see that on the jumper: That's why Hennes carries it completely worn out in a bag to the stadium, only to put it on there.
With his green jumper, the whole crowd knows him. In 2008, the lucky charm has finally done its duty and goes into the custody of the Borussia archive.
